Sub-Processors

In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, LeadScoutr maintains this list of sub-processors that process personal data on behalf of our customers. This page is updated whenever there are changes to our sub-processor relationships.

Current Sub-Processors

Change Notification Process

LeadScoutr will notify customers at least 30 days in advance of any intended changes to the list of sub-processors, including the addition or replacement of sub-processors. Notifications will be sent via email to the account owner and any designated privacy contacts.

The notification will include:

• The name and location of the new or replacement sub-processor
• The purpose and scope of the data processing
• The categories of personal data to be processed
• The effective date of the change

Objection Process

If you object to a new or replacement sub-processor, you may raise your objection in writing within the 30-day notice period by contacting us at [email protected] with the subject line "Sub-Processor Objection."

Upon receipt of your objection, LeadScoutr will:

• Work with you to find a reasonable resolution that addresses your concerns
• Consider alternative sub-processors or processing arrangements where feasible
• If no resolution can be reached, either party may terminate the affected services in accordance with the terms of the Data Processing Agreement

Data Transfer Safeguards

For sub-processors located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), LeadScoutr ensures appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary technical measures where necessary.
